By accessing or using Axon Books, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you're using the service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.
You agree to use Axon Books only for lawful purposes and in accordance with Australian law. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts, reverse-engineer the platform, or use it to transmit malicious software.
You retain full ownership of all data you input into Axon Books. We do not claim ownership of your financial records, invoices, or business data. You grant us a limited licence to process your data solely to provide the service.
We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice. We are not liable for losses arising from service unavailability.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial periods.
Axon Books is an accounting tool, not a licensed accounting firm. We do not provide financial, tax, or legal advice. You are responsible for the accuracy of your data and tax lodgements. Our liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months preceding any claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. Upon termination, you may export your data within 30 days. After 30 days, data may be permanently deleted, subject to legal retention requirements.
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Queensland.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
